Every 5 years or so we have a new fad diet brought to us by the "healthy lifestyle" marketing machine.  Well, I'm sure you are aware that "KETO" is that new fad.  Seems like everywhere you go, someone is selling you a way to do "Keto."

Proponents tout it as a great way to loose weight, lengthen your lifespan (!) and lower inflammation.  But in this recording, I break down why forcing your body to break down your fatty acids into ketone bodies is a really really bad idea if you have migraine headaches.
