There are hundreds of different migraine diet books on the market. You might see recommendations from many migraine sufferers or practitioners that swear by paleo, Keto, low sugar, autoimmune diets and many more. Each diet comes with a list of do’s and don’ts for eating, which the author claims works for them.

 

 Which diet is the best one for healing migraines?

 

Unfortunately, the answer is none of them. Why?

 

Each diet might have some positive effect. But the reality is that if your body is in a state of health, you should be able to eat most foods without experiencing a migraine.

 

In truth, food is NOT the cause of migraines to begin with. Eating a certain way does not treat the underlying cause for your body producing migraines.
